History

1991

Tamex is founded in Tamworth, New South Wales to offer country-based customers an express, overnight freight service.

1993

Tamex’s Dubbo depot is officially opened, expanding the organisation’s footprint in regional New South Wales.

1996

Tamex’s Brisbane depot is established.

1997

Tamex’s Newcastle depot opens and sees connecting overnight services between Newcastle and Brisbane established.

2002

Tamex opens a Sydney depot.

2019

Tamex’s Wagga Wagga depot opens to service the Riverina region.

2021

Tamex celebrates its 30th birthday.
